CONCORD
“CONCORD” is a wet dry concrete batching plant where all materials are weighed or metered and intern discharged into a truck mixer as dry batch or via a supreme single shaft mixer as wet batch. This machine was specifically designed as a low level, mobile, high output unit which can supply a much larger market than a basic drive batch machine.
HARRIER
“HARRIER” is a new generation batching plant which has the optional facility of Dry batch or Wet batch mode being easily selectable by means of a change over system.
All materials are weighed or metered and discharged to the loading point, if dry batch mode is selected the materials are charged directly into the transit mixer whereby the mixing action takes place, alternatively, if wet batch mode is selected a pan mixer is moved under the loading point and all the batched materials discharged, whereby the mixing will take place. Once mixed the batch is then loaded into the transit mixer for dispatch.
DISCOVERY
“DISCOVERY” is a dry concrete batching plant where all materials are weighed or metered and intern discharged into a truck mixer. This machine was specifically designed as a low level, mobile and high output unit with minimum foundations requirements.
In standard form the 4 aggregate bins are filled, 2 from each side by a front end loader via small loading ramps, alternatively a larger aggregate storage, radial conveyor and ground hopper can be fitted to allow for 100 tonnes of materials to be held for weighing.

“TORNADO” is a batching plant which has the facility to batch concrete either in dry batch mode or in wet/dry batch mode. These options are easily selectable by means of a change over system.
All the materials are weighed or metered and intern discharged into a transit mixer or pan mixer and after mixing then discharged into a transit mixer which ever the case may be.
TORNADO MKII
“TORNADO” MKII is a batching plant which has the facility to batch concrete either in Dry batch mode or Wet batch mode. These options are easily selectable by means of a change over system.
All materials are weighed or metered and inturn discharged into a transit mixer and after mixing which ever the ease may be. The mixer being supported by cantilever allows clear access for the transit mixer loading.
TORNADO MKII is specially designed as a low levels mobile, high output unit with minimum foundations.
JUMBO
“JUMBO” is a dry concrete batching plant where all materials are weighed or metered and intern discharged into a truck mixer as dry batch where the mixing then takes place. This machine was specifically designed as a low level, mobile and high output unit.
In standard form the 5 compartments aggregate bin of 100 tonnes capacity is filled by a radial conveyor which is loaded by a front end loader via a ground receiving hopper of 10 tonnes capacity. This storage can be increased to 200 or even 300 tonnes.
CONBLOCK
Conblock has been designed to be universal and to cover the manufacturer of a broad spectrum of products, necessary for construction in outlying area where versatility is desirable but often unobtainable.
Conblock has the ability to batch products from basemix concrete of blocks of varying sizes depending on the moulds, complete up to mortar for finishing “Render”.
SLURRIFIER MIXER
“Slurrifier Mixer” up to 5 tonnes capacity complete with all transportation equipment, motor starter control panel, walkways, drain taps, bag splitter, covers.

MINI BOOM is a 4 – sections boom when fully folded, allowing limited space for ease of handling & transportation.
In working position MINI BOOM is a 3 – section boom fully articulated, allowing unlimited reach to all points within the slewing radius of the boom.
